Just a quick post this morning to share the good news. I ran 15 miles this morning, much of it on concrete and asphalt, and my foot feels just fine!
I have a rest day tomorrow, then it’s back to the glories of outdoor training on Monday. Hip hip hooray!
What’s your good news this weekend?
My good news is that today, I don’t have to do ANYTHING, and it feels really nice. I need a rest. My body is tired. Good job on your run and I am so glad your foot didn’t hurt!
Days that you don’t have to do anything are the best!! I hope you enjoyed it and got rested up!
